EVACUATION ALERT RESCINDED

Under the advice by the BC Wildfire Service, the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary has been advised that the potential threat of wildfire in the Electoral Area A from Wildfire N52624 Bear Creek has diminished at this time.
The Evacuation Alert, is therefore, rescinded to All Clear for the properties described in the table below, attached maps and address lists.

In the event that the imminent danger of an interface wildfire to the life and property of persons resident or present within the area, an Evacuation Alert or Order may be re-issued and the evacuation process will re-commence.
